The CSH01.1C-CO-ENS-EN2-MEM-NN-S-NN-FW is a highly advanced control module that has been manufactured for use with the IndraDrive drive controllers manufactured at the firm. The control section is designed to be plugged into the power section and is a separate component within the larger drive system. Because of their remarkable drive characteristics, the drive controllers are found used in handling machines, machine tools, woodworking machines, food machines, paper printing machines, mounting systems. The system has been provided with a configurable axis and lies in the advanced categories of drive control systems. The system is provided with a single configurable axis. For enhancing the safety of users and the operating personnel, the control section is provided with a slot for safety technology. The device is also provided with the RS232 and RS485 serial interfaces.
The CSH01.1C-CO-ENS-EN2-MEM-NN-S-NN-FW is provided with 7 to 11 digital inputs. There are four combined I/Os and each of them can be configured with digital input or digital output. This model comes with a single analog input and it can function on different operating frequencies including 2 kHz, 4 kHz, 8 kHz, 12 kHz, and 16 kHz. The control section can function with very short response times because of its short cycle times. The system’s minimum sercos cycle time is 250 us and its current control time is between 62.6 and 125 us. This model is also provided with the DeviceNet, CANopen for master communication. The control section is provided with the Encoder HSF/RSF options. The device can also be provided with different functional modules.
