The CSH01.1C-CO-ENS-EN1-NNN-NN-S-NN-FW is a motion-control section produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the CSH Advanced Controllers series. Installed in an IndraDrive power module, it provides the computational layer that executes positioning, velocity, and torque loops for a single motor axis in automated machinery. By combining encoder evaluation, analog conversion, and fieldbus connectivity on one board, it links sensors, actuators, and higher-level PLCs for use in packaging lines, handling stations, and other industrial applications.

Its Single-axis rating means the control section supervises one mechanical axis, which limits internal regulation resources to one set of position loops and keeps the configuration focused on a single drive task. Command data can be exchanged through the CANopen / DeviceNet fieldbus interface, allowing a host PLC to map parameters and process data through standardized profiles. The card samples its analog input with a granularity of 1.23 mV/inc, and it updates two analog outputs in steps of 19.5 mV/inc, allowing fine voltage references for external devices. Serial diagnostics are available through an RS232 port that reaches 115 kBaud when a shielded cable is used.
