The CSH01.1C-CO-EN2-NNN-NNN-S2-S-NN-FW is a control section for Bosch Rexroth IndraDrive controllers. Even through the control section is usually delivered as part of a completely assembled drive controller, it can be ordered separately. Control sections ordered separately should only be mounted or dismounted by properly trained personnel. The maximum number of times that a control section can be mounted or dismounted from a drive controller is 20. The control section or power section can be damaged by excessive mounting / dismounting. The CSH01.1C-CO-EN2-NNN-NNN-S2-S-NN-FW supports options including encoder with EnDat 2.1 interface and the safe motion safety option. The control sections can also be ordered with other safety options such as safe torque off, starting lockout and safety technology I/O. An integrated RS-232 interface on the control panel can be used for configuration and parameterization during drive commissioning.
The control section also supports a CANopen/DeviceNet interface. Control sections can also be ordered with Ethernet and SERCOS interfaces. The controller firmware has to be ordered separately. The control panel on the unit is standard. Height of the CSH01.1C-CO-EN2-NNN-NNN-S2-S-NN-FW is 241 millimeters, the width is 49.5 millimeters and the depth is 103 millimeters. A memory card slot is located on the front panel of the CSH01.1C-CO-EN2-NNN-NNN-S2-S-NN-FW. The physical interfaces for the serial port, analog I/O and digital I/O are also located on the front panel. The CSH01.1C-CO-EN2-NNN-NNN-S2-S-NN-FW control section plugs into the power section of the drive. There is a risk of damage to the control section and interference with its operation caused by electrostatic charges.
