Product Description:

The CSH01.1C-CO-EN2-ENS-NNN-S1-S-NN-FW is a new generation industrial drive controller manufactured by highly trained operators of Rexroth Indramat to facilitate industrial production by carrying accurate automation control in the industrial servo system. This drive controller is manufactured with durable materials under ideal operating conditions; before delivery,  the drive controller is tested and certified to operate according to the international quality standards; thus, operators do not have to worry about the sudden breakdown or malfunction of the drive controller during operation. The housing of the CSH01.1C-CO-EN2-ENS-NNN-S1-S-NN-FW industrial drive controller is designed according to IP20 protection class; thus, it offers the internal components of the controller full protection from the penetration of solid foreign materials with an external diameter larger than 12 millimeters; for optimum protection, it is important for operators to integrate the controller in an external control cabinet that meets at least the IP54 protection class.

The CSH01.1C-CO-EN2-ENS-NNN-S1-S-NN-FW drive controller features a CANopen master communication interface that controls the exchange of digital information between the controller and all other parts of the industrial servo system. This drive controller operates with a closed-loop control system; this means it can independently use the information it receives from the encoder of the motor to detect and correct any anomaly in the operation of the servo motor. This drive controller is not supplied with a firmware module; this has to be separately ordered by the industrial operator as a separate sub-unit depending on the industrial application for which the converter is required.

All additional components and electrical cables used with this drive controller must meet the international quality standards as stated in the device's user manual; operating the CSH01.1C-CO-EN2-ENS-NNN-S1-S-NN-FW drive controller with a faulty device can cause dangerous movements in the servo drive.
