The CSH01.1C-CO-EN1-NNN-NNN-NN-S-NN-FW is an advanced control module used in the IndraDrive controllers produced by the company. The control section is a separate component of the drive system and is plugged into the power section of the device. The IndraDrive controllers, because of their exceptional characteristics can be found used in handling machines, machine tools, paper processing and paper printing machines, mounting systems, food machines, and packaging equipment. The CSH01.1C-CO-EN1-NNN-NNN-NN-S-NN-FW lies in the advanced category of control modules that comes with a configurable single axis. The control section is provided with a configuration slot for safety technology. The system is also provided with a serial interface RS232. This model comes with 7 to 11 digital inputs where there are four combined I/Os that can be configured either as digital output or as a digital input.
The CSH01.1C-CO-EN1-NNN-NNN-NN-S-NN-FW also has a single analog input and is designed for operating at multiple switching frequencies. This model has been made compatible with switching frequencies of 16 kHz, 12 kHz, 8 kHz, 4 kHz, and 2 kHz. The control section has a rapid response time because of very short cycle times. The system’s current control time is from 62.5 us to 125 us and the minimum sercos cycle time is 250 us. This model is equipped with the CANopen/DeviceNet interface for master communication. The control section also has the option of Encoder HSF/RSF option available. This model can be installed with different functional modules that enhance its capabilities and prepare it for specific functions. A module can be installed for communication via Fieldbus as well.
