Bosch Rexroth has been in the business of providing powerful solutions in several industries for over a decade. Its control sections are essential components of their IndraDrive drive controllers. The second essential part of the drive controller is the power section which the control system is plugged into. It is mainly supplied as part of the drive controller but can also be ordered as a separate subitem.
The CSB01.1C-ET-ENS-EN2-L2-S-NN-FW is a configurable control section in the BASIC UNIVERSAL range with a single axis. Its master communication module is Multi-Ethernet, and it supports other Ethernet-based communication systems, allowing fast data exchange with other components. There are two encoder evaluation options on the device, one for encoder systems with a 12V supply like the IndraDyn S motors and another for encoder systems with a 5V supply. It is equipped with a standard control panel with a single line display that shows operating states, command and error diagnoses, and pending warnings. Its safety technology is Safe Torque Off, an emergency stop function that allows the connected motor to come to a dead stop and prevents unintentional starting.
To protect the CSB01.1C-ET-ENS-EN2-L2-S-NN-FW against incorrect connection and polarity reversal of the supply voltage, a protective diode should be used . The control section’s connections and terminals between 5V and 50V are Protective Extra Low Voltage systems. They allow the control section to be connected to tools with basic insulation like PCs, notebooks, and display units. It is supplied via the terminal connectors 24V and 0V at its power section. It should not be mounted and dismounted more than 20 times to prevent the risk of damage to the control section. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
