The CS351E-G IL is a tightening spindle created by Rexroth. This tightening spindle comes complete with a modular system for control and tightening with compact system variants for ErgoSpin. ErgoSpin is a tightening technology from Rexroth which you won’t find elsewhere. The system makes retrofitting easy and allows for it to be done at any time. The system can be easily installed thanks to its modularity.
The unit is compact and powerful with the KE communication unit, SE control units and LT servo amplifiers and BT356 card rack combined in one unit. The unit comes with a PC software that is menu assisted so that the unit can be easily programmed. The CS351E-G IL from Rexroth features a high packing density with each system box having up to 6 tightening channels, a card rack and networking possible for up to 40 tightening channels.
The CS351E-G IL tightening spindle with ErgoSpin also features integrated logic that is compliant to IEC 61131-3 and which allows for flexible programming of the logic. The unit allows for a number of options for automation for the entire process of tightening. It can work with process control in slots BT356/SB356 as well as for assembly supply. The SB356 system box can be used as an alternative to the BT356 card rack without the use of a control cabinet.
The CS351E-G IL tightening spindle can be easily programmed thanks to its menu assisted user interface. It can also be connected to a servo amplifier with a single connection. This cable will be able to provide service for communication as well as will be able to supply power. Bridging can be safely done for distances of up to 100 meters. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
