The CMP60.2-SP-304-FN-NNNN-NW CNC control module made by Bosch Rexroth supports PLC as well as CNC functionalities. The CNC functionality is supported when the module features its highest configuration. The product can be supplemented with additional field buses through a high-speed interface. The device is intended to function as a PCI slot module. It can be fitted in any free PCI slot of an industrial PC. The unit is compatible with high-end industrial PCs that have a vibration resistance of 1g and a shock load of 15g. The module should not be used in a damaged or defective state. The product must never be operated under water.
The module is the primary component of the manufacturer’s IndraMotion MTX control system. This device can function with a third-party PC only if the MTX user interface has been installed properly. The unit has to be configured with a valid IP address if it is used to execute the setup process of the user interface. The device should be replaced in case of any defect. The user should not attempt to repair and reuse it in such cases. The Power Good/Trigger dual LED of the product lights up in green if all its voltages are correct.
