Product Description:
The Bosch Rexroth CML65.1-SP-604-NA-NNN-NW is an IndraControl L65 series industrial control which is scalable and modular. It offers advantages of an embedded-PC architecture along with a standardized I/O system. The CML65.1-SP-604-NA-NNN-NW uses an Intel Celeron processor which is clocked at 1 GHz and comes with 8 MB of SRAM, Ethernet interface, ProfiBus interface and multiple I/Os including 8 digital inputs and 8 digital outputs. The terminals for the digital I/O are located on the right side of the system with the power terminals. The optional communications interfaces such as the ProfiBus interface are located in the middle of the system. On the left of the system are located the display, operating keys, a display LED and a reset button. The control system should not be used if it is exposed to ambient conditions that exceed those recommended by Bosch and if it is used in household devices or devices which belong to category 1 to 7 and 10 of directive 2002/96/EC (“WEEE”).
Order for the firmware required for the CML65.1-SP-604-NA-NNN-NW needs to be placed separately. Integrated cooling fan is not available on the control system. Weight of the control system is approximately 3.9 pounds. The control system is powered by a 24 Volts DC supply which complies with DIN EN 61131-2. The air which surrounds an operating CML65.1-SP-604-NA-NNN-NW should be free from acids, alkaline solutions, corrosive agents, salts, metal vapors and other electrically conductive contaminants in high concentrations. Furthermore the air should be dust free. Housing and installation compartments should have minimum environmental protection rating of IP54 as per DIN VDE 0470-1.
