The CLM01.4-P-N-2-B-FW is a compact CNC control that has a modular structure. The device can control motion across 4-axes at a time. The device works efficiently when operated in conjunction with the maintenance-free AC servo drive. Together, they make up a very cost-effective drive control system. The module is typically used in wood-processing machines, thermoforming machinery, roll-feeds systems, robotics, bending machinery, linear portals, and linear gantry robots. There is an efficient pre-installed user program that allows the CLM to execute complex processes. Because of higher roll-feed capacity, and improves system availability rate, there is a significant increase in the device’s performance and productivity. The quality of motion control is also substantially because this model enables incremental control of velocity, acceleration, and velocity.

The CLM01.4-P-N-2-B-FW comes with multiple additional functions; hence the need for a separate PLC is eliminated. Users can program the CLM in one of many available languages, including English, Spanish, Italian, German, and French. The device can be programmed from a remote location because it supports online programmability. For programming the CLM, there are two separate options. Users can program the device through a desktop PC via a serial interface. Or through a front control panel provided with the device. The CLM01.4-P-N-2-B-FW also enables the operators to tailor the machine data and drive. A simple parameter input has been provided for this purpose. The control module can segment complex machine processes with a user program with 3000 instructions. Any number of subprograms can be installed in the device with a nesting hierarchy of 127. The device can also process up to 1000 programs/sec.
