The CLM01.4-N-N-4-B-FW is a modular control. It is part of CLM1.4 product line from Bosch Rexroth which can be used Bosch Rexroth AC servo drives. Dimensions of the CLM01.4-N-N-4-B-FW are 373 x 105 x 325 millimeters. It includes an LCD display with background illumination located on the front panel of the control. A 20-button keypad is located below the display. The keypad can be used for data entry and for setting up the display options. Firmware for the control needs to be ordered as a separate subposition. The CLM01.4-N-N-4-B- FW does not include any additional interface or expansion. The CLM01.4-N-N-4-B-FW supports 4-axis control. Operating modes of the control are parameter input, manual and automatic. Program data specifications include 1000 instructions, 3 NC tasks and any number of subprograms. Parallel interfaces available on the CLM01.4-N-N-4-B-FW include 16 permanent inputs and 16 permanent outputs. 

Control interfaces available on the control include ±10 Volt analog inputs with 12-bit resolution and two ±10 Volt analog outputs with 14-bit resolution. Integrated communication interface on the CLM01.4-N-N-4-B-FW include a RS-232 / RS-485 compatible serial interface which supports selectable baud rate and transmission format. This serial interface can be used to communicate with a programming PC or with digital / legacy operator panels. Input rating of the control is 24 Volts. The current requirements vary according to the type of encoder and accessories installed on the control: the minimum current requirement is 450 milliamps for a CLM which does not have any encoder or accessories installed. Only trained and experienced personnel should be involved in the installation and maintenance of the system. Only accessories recommended by Bosch should be used with the modular control system.
