The CLM01.4-P-N-2-N-FW is a compact and modular control system from Bosch Rexroth. It is designed for use with maintenance-free Bosch AC drives. The CLM01.4-P-N-2-N-FW is designed for control of 2 axes: the first axis synchronizes to the velocity and the second axis which is an auxiliary axis can fulfill different purposes including axis for shear tool, axis synchronous to axis 1, drive for profiling machine, feed to length pre-punch and analog output for velocity. Units for the control characteristics can be defined in degrees, inches, and millimeters. The dimensions for control characteristics can be programmed as absolute or incremental. The feed velocity can be programmed via the use program. The CLM01.4-P-N-2-N-FW includes 32 fixed inputs and 32 fixed outputs. Expansion I/O are not available on the control system.
The CLM01.4-P-N-2-N-FW includes integrated serial interface with supports both RS-232 and RS-485 communication protocols. Additionally, the control system is shipped with a Profibus-DP slave interface. The CLM01.4-P-N-2-N-FW has 32 inputs which can be expanded to a maximum of 96. The inputs are isolated from control through an opto-electronic coupler. An external 24 Volts DC supply is required for each of the inputs. Current draw of each input is 8 milliamps at 20 Volts DC. The CLM01.4-P-N-2-N-FW has 32 outputs which can be expanded up to a maximum of 64. Maximum configurable current per output is 80 milliamps at 30 Volts DC. The outputs can be divided into five groups. Dimensions of the CLM01.4-P-N-2-N-FW are 330 x 105 x 390 millimeters. The weight of the control system is 13.3 pounds. To satisfy differing customer requirements, the firmware for the control system needs to be ordered as a separate subposition.
