By integrating position feedback and drive commands, the controller coordinates tool heads, slides, or tables so machine programs can execute repeatable linear or rotary positioning routines. This type of control is commonly used where accurate positioning and repeatable sequencing matter more than continuous free-running speed changes.

In its standard configuration, the unit governs 2 axes simultaneously, a capacity that matches packaging, drilling, or forming stations that need dual coordinated motions. Control electronics are powered from a nominal 24 V DC (+20%) logic supply, allowing installation in low-voltage control cabinets. Internal dissipation remains below 45 W, so only moderate panel ventilation is required.
