For field wiring, 48 opto-isolated inputs monitor limit switches and production sensors, while 37 outputs switch contactors, valves, or external relays. The aluminum chassis stands 390 mm tall, 325 mm deep, and 105 mm wide, which helps it fit rack or back-plate mounting without exceeding cabinet clearances. At 6 kg, the module adds limited load to the mounting surface while still providing adequate thermal mass for steady electronic temperatures.
