The CLM01.3-X-0-1-0-FW is a state-of-the-art axis positioning control device from the CLM series by Rexroth Indramat. It is a line-1 product, with design type-3 controls and a factory-assigned firmware. It models, predicts, and continuously compares the motion profile of servo drives with their actual responses, with the aim of detecting drive irregularities such as position lag or drive runaway. This model of the CLM series features 1-axis and can only be used with type M software. Also, its display design is standard, without backlight and can be mounted at up to 2 meters from the CLM. The CLM01.3-X-0-1-0-FW can be mounted in a cabinet, and its display panel mounted on the surface of the cabinet.
The allowable ambient air temperature range is 41 to 113 degrees F (5 to 45 degrees C), and its transportation and storage temperature range equal -22 to 185 degrees F (-30 to 85 degrees C). The maximum altitude of operation at rated data is 3,280 ft (1000 meters). The display module of the CLM01.3-X-0-1-0-FW has a 20-button keypad with specific control function keys. Also, the display of this device provides a 4-line and 16-character spaces per line. The CLM01.3-X-0-1-0-FW does not have an option for hardware expansion.
This equipment is fully self-diagnostic, and it detects operator errors, control errors, machine faults and normal operating status. All normal status pop-ups and fault messages are displayed via the control panel of the CLM01.3-X-0-1-0-FW in the operator selected language. The standard CLM devices come with a set of 19 auxiliary outputs and 24 auxiliary inputs which can be defined by a user for acknowledging and electrically controlling the machine.
