Rexroth Indramat is a drive and control company that has decades of experience in manufacturing industrial grade automation products. Their product portfolio includes drive controllers, hydraulics, position controllers, and linear positioners. The CLM series of four-axis positioning controllers is one of the many products that the company manufactures.
The CLM series is known for performance, quality, and reliability. The CLM01.2-X is part of the CLM series of position controllers. This position controller is an AK11 memory module version with a factory assigned firmware. The CLM01.2-X has a height of 390 mm, a width of 105 mm and a depth of 325 mm. It weighs approximately 6 kg and has four axes. The allowable ambient temperature for this position controller is between 5˚ C to 45 ˚ C with a maximum operating altitude of 1000 meters at rated data. This four-axis position controller has a keypad/display panel that consists of 20 pressure-sensitive membrane type keys and an LCD. The LCD of the CLM01.2-X can display up to 16 alphanumeric characters. The keypad on the unit contains all the keys required for cursor movement, data entry, clearing fault, error messaging and entering program and parameter data. The keypad and the display module can be mounted up to 30 meters from the CLM module.
The CLM01.2-X has several safety features, which include an emergency stop button, motor over-temperature indication, a dedicated fault indicator, and diagnostic monitoring. This position controller can be mounted to the panel of a control cabinet using only two screws. It is designed in such a way so that it can be easily installed side-by-side with the servo amplifiers and the servo power supply.
