The CLM 01.3-X-E-2-0 is a control unit produced by Rexroth Indramat to precisely and accurately control the servo system’s operation. This control unit can carry out up to four-axis positioning control. It is highly durable and is particularly suitable for sophisticated production machines such as handling equipment, automatic bending machines, linear gantry robots, packaging machines, and lots more. The control unit is energy-efficient; it is also designed to operate for a long time without breaking down. The CLM 01.3-X-E-2-0 control unit is also self-diagnostic; it can independently identify system error though its sensors and the numerous input and output connections in its housing unit.
The CLM 01.3-X-E-2-0 control unit contains a 6800 Motorollar microprocessor and a 265K EPROM which contains up to 3000 program blocks. The programs determine the way the control unit carries out information processing in the servo system. The control unit also features a built-in battery that helps the control unit’s memory card hold the information even when the control unit has been turned off. The user can communicate with the CLM 01.3-X-E-2-0 control unit through the 20 pressure-sensitive keys present in the control unit’s front panel. The control unit displays information concerning operator errors, errors in the control itself and machine faults through the Liquid crystal display, which is also present on the front panel.
