The CLM 01.3-X-0-2-B Bosch Rexroth control is used for feed to length material positioning applications. The product controls an AC servo system for driving feed rolls. The device is capable of controlling the feeding of materials like metal, film, and foil. It is used in combination with a MAC series servomotor, a servo amplifier, and a power supply to form a precise feed control system. The connection is established using the manufacturer’s interconnect cables. The unit renders a 0.001-inch feed resolution and 1,200 strokes per minute that help to lower and minimize cost. The display indicates the operating status messages in English, Spanish, French, or German as chosen by the user.
The control is capable of detecting operator errors, normal operating status, machine faults, and control errors. The product displays normal status and fault messages on its control panel for easy location and correction of problems.
