The CLM 01.3-G-0-2-0 is a modern and advanced multi-axis servo control system manufactured by Rexroth Indramt. The servo drive system is connected to a servo power supply, a servo drive or amplifier, and a servo motor to form a mechanical servo system. The mechanical servo system generates sufficient power output for industrial production appliances and machines such as packaging machines, handling equipment, and many more. Although the control system provides an accurate control system for most devices, the control system's accuracy is still partially dependant on the gearbox and machine mechanics. The control system can independently handle the control of four different position axis.
The CLM 01.3-G-0-2-0 control system is microprocessor-based; it contains a Motorola 68,000 microprocessor, which manages the commands and carries out its primary processing functions. The control system is also designed with a fixed and unchangeable program inputted in the EPROM system. The control system also contains a memory card which holds all parameres of the system.
One significant advantage of the CLM 01.3-G-0-2-0 control system is its ability to function without an external line control or a complicated programming system. The control system contains an internal lithium battery, which allows it to maintain the information stored in its memory even when the power supply to the drive has been turned off. The control system can identify various errors and immediately alert the operator by displaying an appropriate diagnostic error message on its LCD screen. Communication of commands to the control system can be done through its 20-button keyboard. The CLM 01.3-G-0-2-0 is very easy to install; it uses a side by side mounting between the servo drive and the power supply. The drive weighs about 6 kilograms and has a height of 390 millimeters.
