The CLM 01.3-D-E-2-0 is a four-axis positioning control system produced by Rexroth Indramat. The controller is designed with technologically advanced hardware and software components focused on providing accurate management and control of the AC servo drive system and other industrial positioning devices. The control system is a closed-loop control system; that is, it can independently adjust the different parameters relating to the speed and position of the servo drive system based on feedback it receives from the servo drive system.
Unlike all other multi-axis positioning control systems, the CLM 01.3-D-E-2-0 control system can feature up to 88 inputs and 55 outputs depending on the operator's choice. This large input and output number give the system full control over most machine systems, eliminating the need for external line control. The CLM 01.3-D-E-2-0 control system is perfect for automatic bending machines, linear gantry robots, woodworking machines, and all other industrial machines that require perfect, efficient, and effective speed and position control.
The CLM 01.3-D-E-2-0 is quite straight forward and easy to control. It has a user-friendly interface consisting of a liquid crystal display and a 20-digit keypad with which the operator can easily input customization commands. Defining the controller system's customization parameters is only necessary once, after which the controller independently monitors and controls the machine based on the specified parameters. However, if there is a need to connect the control system to another machine, then the customization parameters must be redefined to suit the new system. The CLM 01.3-D-E-2-0 controller system is fully self-diagnostic. It promptly alerts the operator by displing an explanatory error message on its four-line display interface if it encounters an operational, mechanical, or electrical error.
