Product Description:
The CFL01.1-TP is a function module that is manufactured by Rexroth Bosch. This particular function module is equipped with a Real-Time Ethernet functionality as well as PROFIBUS DP master communication and PROFIBUS DP slave functionality. Like the other CFL01.1-TP function modules this unit can provide modular expansion for any CML control from the CML 25, CML 40, CML 45, CML 65, CML 75 and CML 85 series.
The possible Ethernet protocols that can be configured include EtherNet/IP, PROFINET RT, or a Standard TCP/IP. The unit is built with basic protection which complies with IP20 certification. The unit has the ability to operate at temperatures between +5 to +55 degrees Celsius. It has the ability to operate in environments with a relative humidity of 5 % to 95 % humidity.
The CFL01.1-TP has a power consumption of 1.65 W and has a very small footprint. The unit measures 18.5 mm by 122 mm by 76 mm. It is equipped with an IP20 rating which indicates that it can be operated and touched safely while it is in operation. This protection rating also provides basic protection of the inner workings of the unit from rudimentary dust. The CFL01.1-TP is further UL 508 certified. UL 508 certification is the standard for industrial control equipment when it comes to the safety of this equipment. It governs all industrial control and related devices that have a voltage rating of less than 1500V.
