The CFL01.1-F1 is a safety communications module manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the CFL Modules series. Installed in a control cabinet alongside drives and PLCs, it creates a certified safety channel that allows motion devices and controllers to exchange shutdown or enable commands without separate hardwired relays. This arrangement supports distributed machine layouts in which multiple axes and control nodes must react to a safety event at the same time. It also keeps safety messaging on the networked control architecture instead of moving those functions into separate relay logic.
