The backplane delivers only 90 mA at 3.3 V for logic functions, and galvanic separation keeps that rail isolated from field wiring. Sensors receive 24 V at 0.2 A continuous, and the supply disconnects if the current reaches the trip point of 1.2 A. All outputs share a collective ceiling of 4 A, letting multiple solenoids or indicator banks operate simultaneously without overrunning the driver transistors.
