The CDB02.1B-ET-EC-EC-EM-NN-NN-NN-NN-FW control unit is produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the CDB Control Units series. It installs on an IndraDrive power section and forms the logic layer that supervises motor drives, sensor feedback, and local machine signals. By integrating encoder interfaces, fieldbus routing, and fast probing channels, the board delivers position, speed, and status data to plant-wide controllers, making it a compact automation node for multiaxis systems. It supports two feedback channels, so two servo axes can operate with closed-loop control from a single card, reducing cabinet wiring.

Fourteen discrete inputs handle limit switches and sensors; these are provided as 14 digital inputs. The module also provides 8 configurable digital I/O points that can be set as inputs or outputs. For analog transducers, there are 2 analog inputs and 2 analog outputs that accept or source ±10 V signals. Motion timing is supported by 4 probe inputs that capture edge events accurately.
