The CDB01.1C-SE-ENS-ENS-NNN-MA1-NN-S-NN-FW control section from Bosch Rexroth comes along with the drive controller. It is fitted into the power section through a plug-in action. The product is one of the several such CDB series control sections. The basic universal device is integrated with two axes. It must be mounted and dismounted by only people who are trained to handle it. The unit has chances of getting damaged due to electrostatic discharges. The control section can cause damage to property and personal injury if it is used incorrectly.
The drive controller comprising the module controls and monitors the operation of the electric motor connected to it. The control section can be configured in multiple ways based on the application. The product is compatible with only the standard control panel and not the comfort control panel. It uses the SERCOS interface for master communication. This interface is connected to the device using fiber optic cables. The unit encompasses two type plates for the control section and firmware. The type plate for the control section encompasses details like the type, serial number, part number and hardware index.
The control section has one analog input and two analog outputs. The X7 connection point of the product serves as a slot to insert a memory card. The device must be protected against reverse polarity of the supply voltage and incorrect connection with a protective diode. Its digital inputs and outputs require the application of an external supply voltage for their operation. The unit is equipped with IndraDyn/Hiperface/1Vpp/TTL encoders at the X4.1 and X4.2 connectors. The relay contact has a current rating of 1A and a voltage rating of 24VDC.
