It is a safe platform that is scalable in function and built with open interfaces for communication among its components. The CDB01 double-axis control sections make up the drive controllers in this system.
The CDB01.1C-SE-ENS-ENS-MEM-MA1-L2-S-NN-FW is one of the configurable control section models in the BASIC UNIVERSAL control section range. It is equipped with a SERCOS interface that uses fibre optic cables for fast and secure connection to higher-level control units. It also features a standard encoder evaluation interface for encoders such as the encoders of MSK IndraDyn S motors and sin-cos encoders with Hiperface and EnDat 2.1. The encoder emulation interface of the control section emulates absolute value and incremental encoder signals, which are further evaluated by the control unit. It does not require an extra power supply.
An Analog I/O extension on the CDB01.1C-SE-ENS-ENS-MEM-MA1-L2-S-NN-FW increases the number of analog channels on the control section while Safe Torque Off (STO) protects users during operation. Its standard control panel can also be used to access the error memory, set the drive address and analog inputs, and establish the motor’s position data reference. The control panel has a single-line display and 4 keys with which these functions can be carried out. It is not suited for a hot plug and must be plugged in or disconnected only when the drive controller is turned off. This product can be shipped globally with a one year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
