This model supports 2 axes, allowing two drives to be controlled from the same hardware. Command and diagnostic traffic is routed through the deterministic SERCOS II fiber-optic bus, which helps maintain precise timing during motion control. The analog velocity or torque reference input presents an impedance of 160 kΩ, so external signal sources experience minimal loading. Four digital outputs are available, and each channel can source up to 24 V / 0.5 A for relays or indicator lamps without additional interface amplifiers. Machine safety is handled by the integrated Safe Torque Off function, which removes gate signals from the power stage when the STO circuit is activated and prevents motor torque without disconnecting the mains supply.
