The Rexroth IndraDrive drive controllers are designed to monitor and track the operations of machine motors. Devices in the IndraDrive drive system are ultra-modern units built to suit various automation demands. Essentially, a drive controller comprises a power section and a control section. In addition, drive control systems vary in drive power and available interfaces; therefore, they are used for different applications. Typical examples of these applications are packaging and food machines, handling and mounting systems, machine tools, printing machines, and paper processing machinery.
The CDB01.1C-SE-ENS-ENS-EN2-EN2-L2-S-NN-FW is a configurable, double-axis control section in the BASIC UNIVERSAL range. Like other control sections in the CBD01 series, it has two digital inputs which can be integrated to function as one analog voltage input. Its standard encoder interface allows for evaluating encoder systems with a supply voltage of 12V. Equally, this control unit has an encoder evaluation interface suited for encoders with a supply voltage of 5V. This includes the sin-cos encoder (1Vpp); EnDat 2.1 with sense lines, a sin-cos encoder (1Vpp) with reference track, and a 5V- TTL square wave encoder with reference track. Additionally, this control unit features a SERCOS interface as a communication module.
The CDB01.1C-SE-ENS-ENS-EN2-EN2-L2-S-NN-FW is operated using a standard control panel and supports firmware. The safety technology available on this device is the safe torque off type. The connection cable suited to this feature is a stranded wire of a varying length of 0.25-0.5 mm². During operation, the surface of this control section can rise to a temperature of 60°c or more. After usage, Rexroth advises that a cooling time of about 140 minutes is allowed to prevent damage against body parts. This product can be shipped globally with a one year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
