The CDB01.1C-SE-ENS-EN2-NNN-MA1-NN-S-NN-FW is a dual-axis control unit produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the CDB Control Units series. Mounted on IndraDrive power sections, it supervises motion, feedback, and fieldbus exchange for servo or spindle axes in industrial automation. The board coordinates encoder evaluation, analog process variables, and network commands so that connected drives follow speed or position references with deterministic timing. Its two-axis layout allows one control unit to manage separate drive channels on the same platform without requiring a separate feedback processor for each axis.
Axis 1 accepts IndraDyn, HIPERFACE, and 1 Vpp feedback signals, while Axis 2 supports EnDat 2.1 together with incremental tracks so mixed motor types can be used in the same cabinet. Motion commands and parameter data move over the SERCOS II optical ring to keep multiple drives synchronized during coordinated operation. A 24 VDC logic supply keeps the control electronics active during main-power interruptions, and a standard control panel can be connected for local parameter setup. When direct service access is required, an RS232 port provides a point-to-point connection, and emergency stop functions must be handled by external circuitry.
Dedicated encoder supply rails support the connected feedback devices, and the Ens interface provides 11.6 VDC with a maximum current of 300 mA. The MA1 option card adds two differential analog inputs and two analog outputs rated at ±10 V, and each channel uses 12-bit resolution for process values that are exchanged outside the optical network.
