The CDB01.1C-SE-EN2-EN2-NNN-NNN-L2-S-NN-FW is a rapid response drive that controls the position, speed, and torque of 1MB (frameless) and 2AD (synchronous) motors. The motors are controlled digitally and the system’s internal position loop works in combination with the feedback loop of the motors. This model has the ability to operate at three different switching frequencies i.e. 2 Hz, 4 Hz, and 8 Hz. The device has 4 digital inputs and 18 digital outputs. The device is capable of a wide range of operations that include standard as well as high-end applications. An intuitive control panel has been provided with the system that simplifies operating the control unit. By using the CDB01.1C-SE-EN2-EN2-NNN-NNN-L2-S-NN-FW, two separate drives axes can be controlled simultaneously. This model can be integrated into the SERCOS master interface. The interface is connected through a fiber optic cable that is supplied with the device’s accessories.
The CDB01.1C-SE-EN2-EN2-NNN-NNN-L2-S-NN-FW can be used with textile machinery, printing machines, food processing equipment, paper printing machines, packaging machines, handling equipment, and woodworking machines. A 9 W power supply is required to operate the system. The system’s corrective feedback loop is highly responsive and provides accurate control over position, speed, and current. The device also comes with a separate multimedia interface that not only contains the firmware but also stores important drive parameters. A HAS05.1-007 universal adapter can be used with the control unit. An RS232 serial interface is also provided that can be upgraded by the use of a signal level converter.
