Product Description:
One of Bosch Rexroth’s most revolutionary drive systems is the Rexroth IndraDrive drive system. The applications of this drive system are found across several industries, and it plays a significant role in solving many automation challenges. Drive controllers in the system are composed of power sections and control sections such as those in the CDB double-axis family. They are used in handling and mounting systems, food processing and packaging machines, and printing and paper processing machines.
The CDB01.1C-SE-EN2-EN2-NNN-MEM-S2-S-NN-FW is a double-axis control section in the CDB series by Bosch Rexroth. It features the BASIC UNIVERSAL characteristic and is a configurable Version 1 type of the CDB devices. The communication module of this model is SERCOS, and it uses a fiber optics cable for signal transfer. Hence, the safe and rapid exchange of real-time data with reduced wiring can be achieved. Its data rate and transmission power can be adjusted using the standard control panel of the control section. The user panel features a single-line display and four keys which are used to commission the device. It performs many other functions, including setting the drive address, establishing the data position reference, and navigating through the error memory.
Two standard encoder interfaces on the CDB01.1C-SE-EN2-EN2-NNN-MEM-S2-S-NN-FW support encoder systems with supply voltage ratings of 5V. The control section is also equipped with an encoder emulation interface for the emulation of absolute value and incremental encoder signals. These signals are isolated and are further evaluated by the control unit. The optional safety module of this CDB model is Safe Motion. It ensures application-specific safety options like safe maximum speed, safe homing procedure, and safe direction. This product can be shipped globally with a one year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
