Product Description:
The CDB control section by Bosch Rexroth is an essential part of the IndraDrive drive controller, with the other part being the power section. It is designed for use in single and multi-axis drive and control tasks. The CDB control sections are individual components of the drive controller and are usually supplied with it, but occasionally, they are purchased as separate subitems. They are usually plugged into the power sections and have many applications. These include handling and mounting systems, packaging and food machines, printing and paper processing machines, and machine tools.
The CDB01.1C-SE-EN2-EN2-EN2-EN2-L2-S-NN-FW is a configurable BASIC UNIVERSAL control section with double axes. Its master communication is via the SERCOS interface, which functions with fiber optic cables that are purchased separately. It is also equipped with a standard control panel that has a single-line display and four keys and is used to set the drive address and the field transmission rate of the SERCOS interface. The standard control panel also shows operating states, command and error diagnoses, and pending warnings.
The optional modules of the CDB01.1C-SE-EN2-EN2-EN2-EN2-L2-S-NN-FW consist of four encoder evaluation interfaces for encoders with a supply voltage of 5V. Its safety technology module is Safe Torque Off which prevents it from starting abruptly. It functions with firmware that reads and stores relevant data and is purchased as a separate subitem. It is also supplied by power from the 24V terminal connectors at the power section. The connections and terminals with voltages between 5V and 50V here are protective extra-low voltage systems and they protect the control section against electric shock. They also allow the connection of devices with basic insulation. This product can be shipped globally with a one year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
