Mounted inside a compatible drive, it supplies command processing and I/O routing for servo axes in industrial automation systems. Within a multi-axis platform, the card coordinates motor feedback, field communication, and peripheral signaling so that production machinery can perform synchronized positioning, speed regulation, and safety-related stop sequences. Its plug-in format keeps these control functions inside the drive rather than in a separate external module.
The board supervises 2 drive channels, allowing parallel closed-loop control of paired servo axes. For analog diagnostics or speed references, the buffered output rail reaches a full-scale level of 5 V, while its sourcing capability is limited to 1 mA to protect downstream circuitry. Each increment on that rail equals 19.5 mV/inc, allowing fine control when mapping process variables. At power-up, the card draws an inrush current of 6 A for roughly 60 ms before settling to a steady consumption of 9 W.
