Bosch Rexroth designed the Rexroth IndraDrive drive system to be used to solve a wide range of factory automation problems. One of the components of the drive system is the drive controller with a power section and a control section. The control section is plugged into the power section to allow the compact build of the drive controller. The devices of the CDB series are a group of these control sections.
The CDB01.1C-SE-EN1-EN1-MA1-MA1-NN-S-NN-FW is a configurable model of the CDB control sections designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. Like others in the series, it belongs in the BASIC UNIVERSAL control section range and integrates the features of two digital axes in one. The double-axis control section features a SERCOS master communication module that uses a fiber optics cable for signal transfer. One of the benefits of the cable is that it allows real-time data to be transferred securely with minimal wiring. The standard control panel integrated into the control section can be used to manage the transmission power and field bus transmission rate of the SERCOS module. Other functions of the control panel include setting the drive address, establishing the data position reference, and accessing the error memory.
Two Analog I/O extension interfaces are present on the CDB01.1C-SE-EN1-EN1-MA1-MA1-NN-S-NN-FW. They increase the number of analog channels available for the control section and can also equip it with analog channels of better resolution. It also features two Resolver and HSF encoder evaluation interfaces for encoder systems with a supply voltage of DC 8 V or AC 18.2 V peak-peak. Its typical inrush current is 6A, while its maximum pulse width is 60ms. This product can be shipped globally with a one year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
