The factory automation systems designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth are highly efficient and ultra-modern drive products. One of these is the Rexroth IndraDrive drive system comprised of servo motors, drive controllers, and other components. The drive controllers in the system are composed of two essential parts: the power section and the control section. A class of the control sections in these drive controllers is the CDB series.
The CDB01.1C-SE-EN1-EN1-ENS-NNN-S2-S-NN-FW is a configurable model of the double-axis control sections in the CDB series by Bosch Rexroth. The Version 1 type is equipped with SERCOS as its master communications module for it to interact with higher-level control sections. This interaction is achieved using a fiber optics cable, ensuring that real-time data is transferred safely and quickly with minimal wiring. A standard control panel on this control section can be used to fix the data rate and transmission power of this SERCOS module. The control panel has a single-line display where the operating state of the device, error diagnoses, and unresolved warnings are displayed. It also has four keys used to commission it and navigate its other functions.
There are two Resolver and HSF encoder evaluation interfaces on the CDB01.1C-SE-EN1-EN1-ENS-NNN-S2-S-NN-FW. They support encoder systems with a supply voltage of DC 8 V or AC 18.2 V peak-peak. These include digital servo feedback by Rexroth (encoder interface HSF for MHD motors), resolver without data memory, and the Hall sensor box SHL01.1. Another module on this CDB double-axis control section is its Safe Motion safety module, which provides several application-related safety functions. Firmware can be used with the control section, but it must be ordered separately. This product can be shipped globally with a one year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
