The compact and flexible double-axis control sections in the CDB series by Bosch Rexroth are important components of the IndraDrive controller. They are usually delivered with the drive controller as a whole but can sometimes be ordered as separate subitems. There are various control sections in the CDB series, and they differ based on their configurability, available interfaces, and switching frequencies. They also have various applications, including handling and mounting systems, packaging and food machines, printing and paper processing machines, and machine tools.
The CDB01.1C-SE-EN1-EN1-ENS-ENS-S2-S-NN-FW is a configurable BASIC UNIVERSAL double-axis control section in the CDB series. It is equipped with the SERCOS interface, which functions with fiber optic cables. It also has a standard control panel with a single-line display that shows operating states, command and error diagnoses, and pending warnings. The standard control panel also has four keys which are used for commissioning the drive controller and its SERCOS module. The control panel is also used to set the field bus transmission rate of the SERCOS module and its transmission power.
