Product Description:
The CDB01.1C-SE-EN1-EN1-EN2-NNN-S1-S-NN-FW is a Bosch Rexroth control section. It mounts on a compatible power section to form a IndraDrive controller. The controllers are usually supplied by Bosch as completely assembled units. When a control section is supplied separately, it has to be mounted on the power section by a trained professional. Excessive mounting and dismounting of the control section can damage either the control section or the power section. To prevent damage, Bosch limits the number of times a power section and control section are allowed to be assembled and disassembled: the limit is set to 20. The CDB01.1C-SE-EN1-EN1-EN2-NNN-S1-S-NN-FW runs on 24 Volts DC supplied by the power section. Up to five modules can be installed on the unit. Power consumption of the basic unit is 9 Watts. The typical inrush current is 6 Amps and the pulse width is 60 milliseconds.
A safety module supporting safety technology I/O is installed in slot 5 of the CDB01.1C-SE-EN1-EN1-EN2-NNN-S1-S-NN-FW. This module allows multiple application related safety functions such as safety related drive interlock and safety related reduced speed. This module can only be used with an encoder module in slot 1, 2 or 4 of the control section. The physical connection on the module is a 9-pin female connector that works with stranded wire having 0.25 to 5 mm2 cross-sectional area. An encoder HSF/RSF module is installed in slot 1 and 2 of the CDB01.1C-SE-EN1-EN1-EN2-NNN-S1-S-NN-FW. Slot 3 of the unit has an encoder EnDat 2.1 module. Slot 4 on the unit is empty. Master communication supported by the CDB01.1C-SE-EN1-EN1-EN2-NNN-S1-S-NN-FW is SERCOS. The unit is configurable and compatible with a standard control panel. Firmware for the unit is ordered separately. This product can be shipped globally with a one year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
