The CDB01.1C-S3-NNN-NNN-NNN-NNN-L2-S-NN-FW is one of the latest and most sophisticated industrial motor control devices designed by Rexroth Indramat; this control device improves the efficiency of industrial machines by accurately controlling the speed, acceleration, position, and general operation o synchronous and induction motors used in the industrial servo system. The operation and handling of this industrial motor control device is designed to be very straightforward; however, this should be done according to the instructions in the documentation of the controller. Also, before this industrial motor is switched on for operation, it should be connected to a compatible power supply section that provides it with the electrical energy it requires for operation. Although the CDB01.1C-S3-NNN-NNN-NNN-NNN-L2-S-NN-FW control device is often supplied after it has been fully integrated into the power supply unit, in some cases, both the controller and the power supply unit are supplied as different components, and it is the responsibility of the operator to carry out this integration before the controller is switched on for operation.
The CDB01.1C-S3-NNN-NNN-NNN-NNN-L2-S-NN-FW industrial control device regulates its internal temperature via forced ventilation as it contains an air blower and special heatsink, which works together to keep the heat generated by the controller during operation within a permissible temperature range. This industrial controller also features a special SERCOS III command communication module which helps to control the exchange of digital information between the controller and all other parts of the industrial servo system.
The maximum height at which this industrial controller can maintain its high operational efficiency is about 1000 meters above sea level; operating the controller above this height can significantly reduce the efficiency of the controller.
