Product Description:
The CDB01.1C-S3-ENS-ENS-NNN-MA1-L1-S-NN-FW control section offered by Bosch Rexroth supports the connection of two conductors in a single terminal connecting point. This connection can be achieved by using twin ferrules or stranded wires with 0.5mm2 to 1.0mm2 cross-section. The product does not deploy any harmful materials in its construction. The device must preferably make use of wire ends without ferrules for spring terminal connections and wire ends with ferrules for screw terminal block connections. These two connections of the unit have to be assembled by using appropriate crimping tools. The section comes with a typical inrush current of 6A. The unit has one analog voltage input that functions as two digital inputs.
The section has a minimum SERCOS cycle time of 1000µs. The product features up to four digital outputs. The device utilizes an MA1 optional module to enhance the resolution of its analog channels. This module helps the unit to be equipped with two analog output channels and two different analog input channels with 12 bits resolution. The control section is to be inspected for proper discharge before it is brought into contact with exposed conductive parts like tools and the human body so that it does not get damaged. The unit is intended to be repaired and/or serviced only by authorized personnel.
The two-axis control section must not be operated on a standalone basis. The product has to be operated only after ensuring the permanent connection of the equipment grounding conductor to the connecting points of the components intended for this purpose. The device has to be accessed only after half an hour of turning it OFF so that its live capacitors get discharged fully. Its associated SERCOS interface portrays two illuminated green LEDs when a network connection is available.
