Product Description:
The Bosch Rexroth CDB01.1C-S3-ENS-EN2-NNN-ENS-S2-S-NN-FW control section encompasses two ENS optional modules at its X4.1 and X8.2 connecting points. These modules offer standard encoder evaluation and are connected through female D-Sub connectors with 15 poles. They have a typical supply voltage of 11.6Vcc and a maximum output current of 500mA. The basic universal section cannot be operated with the manufacturer’s VCP01.2 comfort control panel. The device supports connectivity to a RS 232 serial interface through the X2 connecting point on the front panel. The unit has 1 design code. It has both analog and digital outputs and inputs. The section incorporates a protective diode for protection against polarity reversal of its supply voltage and incorrect connection.
The product features a Safe Motion optional module that renders multiple application-related safety functions. The device features a standard control panel that has four keys and a single-line display. The unit has one slot to insert a multimedia memory card to read and store different types of data such as drive parameters, firmware and operating data. Its sixth and seventh digital inputs are connected in parallel to its first analog input. This connection helps to lower the input resistance of the analog input to that of the digital inputs. This control section is protected with a one year Wake Industrial warranty.
The device has one Normally Open relay contact. The unit has two digital inputs each of Type 2 and Type 3 that can be configured as probe. Its probe inputs operate as rapid inputs that can be controlled using bounce-free switching elements to prevent incorrect evaluation. The section uses its RS 232 serial interface for parameterization, programming and diagnosing during servicing and commissioning. This product has a power consumption of 9W at 24VDC and a maximum allowed output load.
