Product Description:
The users in the global drive market have a wide range of options to select from in Bosch Rexroth’s drive and motion control product portfolio. There are also drive systems like the Rexroth IndraDrive system, which integrates the functionalities of different units such as motors, gearboxes, and drive controllers. The control sections in the CDB series are essential parts of these drive controllers. They are commonly used in the operations of machine tools, handling and mounting systems, food processing and packaging machines, and printing and paper processing machines.
The CDB01.1C-S3-EN2-EN2-NNN-NNN-NN-S-NN-FW is a Bosch Rexroth control section of the CDB01 series with double axes. It is a configurable Version 1 type in this series with a sercos III communication module that meets the requirement of the standard IEE 802.3. It is also equipped with two encoder evaluation interfaces that support the connection of encoders with a supply voltage of 5V. The sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with reference track, the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track, and the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with EnDat 2.1 and Sense lines are examples of these compatible encoder systems.
There is no safety module on the CDB01.1C-S3-EN2-EN2-NNN-NNN-NN-S-NN-FW, but it has a standard user panel with a single-line display for its commissioning and error management. Alternatively, the user-friendly IndraWorks software for PC can be used to configure, program, and parameterize the drive controller and the drive system at large. This operation of this control section is not suitable for public low-voltage mains that supply residential areas as they can cause high-frequency radio interference. Hence, it is classified as a category C3 product for industrial uses according to IEC 61800‑3. This product can be shipped globally with a one year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
