Product Description:
CDB01.1C-PB-ENS-ENS-NNN-S2-S-NN-FW is a Bosch Rexroth control section. It is part of IndraDrive’s CDB series of basic universal double-axis control sections. The unit is configurable and is compatible with a standard control panel. Master communication module installed on the unit is Profibus and consumes 6 Watts power. The control section has a modular design: two options modules and two safety modules can be installed on the unit. Slot 1 and 2 on the unit feature Indradyn encoder modules with Hiperface support. Slot 3 on the unit is vacant. A Safe Motion safety module is installed in slot 4. Firmware is not part of the package and must be ordered separately. The control section mounts on a power section that supplies 24 Volts DC power for the control section and options modules.
Together, the power section and the control section form a drive controller that is meant for motor control applications. Bosch supplies fully assembled controllers. However, control sections can be supplied as separate units. When supplied separately, trained personnel must mount control sections onto the power section. The CDB01.1C-PB-ENS-ENS-NNN-S2-S-NN-FW control section draws 9 Watts power from the power section. The typical inrush current is 6 Amps and the maximum pulse width is 60 milliseconds. A type plate attached to the control section allows easy identification. One RS-232 serial interface is installed on the control section. Two analog outputs and one analog input are available. Additional, 0 to 4 digital outputs and 18 to 22 digital inputs are also available. The CDB01.1C-PB-ENS-ENS-NNN-S2-S-NN-FW supports current control, velocity control and position control. Switching frequencies include 2, 4, and 8 kilohertz. The control section is designed for vertical mounting.
