Bosch Rexroth drive controllers are made using state-of-the-art materials and are tested to ensure their adequate functioning. These drive controllers are modeled to control and monitor the operation of electrical motors. They are made up of two main parts, the power section and control section, with the control section, plugged into the power section. They also have specific features that make them appropriate for different functions. The CDB01 series comprises BASIC UNIVERSAL Rexroth IndraDrive control sections with double axes. The control sections have several communication options, encoder options, and safety options to enable them to provide the best results. These features make them function maximally in several industrial fields, including handling and mounting systems, packaging and food machines, printing and paper processing machines, and machine tools.
The CDB01.1C-PB-ENS-ENS-EN1-EN1-L2-S-NN-FW is a configurable member of the CDB01 series, and its master communication is achieved via the PROFIBUS interface. This module ensures communication between the field sensors and the control system. The CDB01 control section from Bosch Rexroth is equipped with four encoder interface options: the Encoder IndraDyn/Hiperface/1 Vpp/ TTL interface as the first two options and the Resolver and HSF encoder evaluation interface as the last two options. It is also designed with an additional safety module that ensures the safe operation of the control section.
The safety technology option of the CDB01.1C-PB-ENS-ENS-EN1-EN1-L2-S-NN-FW control section is 'Safe Torque Off,’ an emergency stop function that prevents the control section from generating the power required to rotate the motor. It is a category C3 product and is not ideal for operation in residential areas and involves the use of mains filters for radio interference suppression.
