The CDB01.1C-PB-ENS-EN1-NNN-EN2-S1-S-NN-FW control card is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat as part of the CDB Control Units series. It occupies the command slot of an IndraDrive amplifier and provides motion supervision, feedback processing, and fieldbus connectivity for two servo axes. Within an automation cell, the card receives setpoints from the plant controller, converts them to drive-level commands, and returns status words, allowing coordinated speed, torque, and position regulation during continuous or cyclic machining tasks. Its compact format lets it sit directly on the power section, minimizing cabinet depth and wiring runs.

A dedicated PROFIBUS DP interface handles deterministic command traffic, while the configuration supports 2 axes, each with its own closed-loop position channel. For analog process signaling, the board offers 2 analog outputs, which are useful for valve reference or diagnostic trends. Setup and service are handled through an RS232 maintenance port that can stream parameter blocks at up to 115 kBaud. A dry relay with a contact capacity of 24 V DC at 1 A can route external interlock or fault signals, letting the drive assert hardware-level permission without extra relays.

The auxiliary encoder supplies are separated to support mixed feedback hardware.
