The CDB01.1C-PB-EN1-EN2-NNN-NNN-NN-S-NN-FW is a new generation industrial controller designed by Rexroth Indramat to precisely control induction and synchronous motors used in the industrial servo system. This drive controller is a very durable industrial device that represents an advancement over conventional industrial devices; it features a modular design and allows for the replacement of faulty components without the need for the reconfiguration of the servo system. The CDB01.1C-PB-EN1-EN2-NNN-NNN-NN-S-NN-FW industrial controller is about 322.6 millimetres tall; it also has a breath of 103 millimetres and a thickness of 49.5 millimetres. The total weight of this drive controller is about 11 kilograms. Under normal operating conditions, the CDB01.1C-PB-EN1-EN2-NNN-NNN-NN-S-NN-FW industrial controller maintains an operational efficiency as high as 95 percent; this high operational efficiency makes it the perfect control device for highly sophisticated industrial machines such as handling machines, metal forming machines, food processing machines, and lots more.

The CDB01.1C-PB-EN1-EN2-NNN-NNN-NN-S-NN-FW industrial controller is a configurable device that can effectively carry out accurate double axis control; it contains about 18 to 22 digital inputs and four digital output. This controller also uses a cycle time of about 125 microseconds and 250 microseconds for current control and velocity control, respectively. This controller can be operated at three different switching frequencies; 2 kilohertz, 4 kilohertz, and about 8 kilohertz.

The firmware module of the CDB01.1C-PB-EN1-EN2-NNN-NNN-NN-S-NN-FW industrial controller drive controller must be ordered as a separate sub-position as the controller is not delivered with a firmware module. The Profibus communication module installed with this drive controller consumes an input current of about 2 watts during operation, while the HSF resolver and the EnDat2.1 optional module require an electrical power of 6 watts, respectively.
