Product Description:
The CDB01.1C-PB-EN1-EN1-NNN-MEM-S1-S-NN-FW control section offered by Bosch Rexroth must be installed and operated only after reading and understanding the associated documentation. This control section with two axes is inserted inside the power section of a drive controller. The product is meant to be installed in the vertical orientation. The device tends to have high electric voltage and high working current due to incorrect use. Its operation should never take place for even a brief period without the permanent connection of its equipment grounding conductor. The optional modules of the unit are not supposed to be plugged in or removed when the section is powered ON.
The drive controller using this control section may move dangerously due to faulty motor control such as wrong parameter input before commissioning, improper cable or wiring connection, defective components and/or malfunctioning encoders and sensors. The section has one analog input and two analog outputs. The product depicts a minimum SERCOS cycle time of 1,000µs. The device implements safety technology I/O through its female 9-pin D-sub X41 connector. This option can be utilized only in association with an encoder. The front view of the product comprises an interface for its control panel in its front.
The control section is not recommended for hot plugs. The product should have already been plugged in when its associated drive controller is turned ON for the section to be recognized. The standard control panel used with the device features a single-line display and four keys. The panel highlights the command and error diagnoses, pending warnings and operating states. It can be used to set the analog inputs and drive address as well as establish the position data reference. The section is compatible with a PFM02.1 multimedia card that can be used to read and store data.
