The IndraDrive series of Control Sections by Bosch Rexroth Indramat is the perfect fit for the Rexroth automation systems, like the CDB01.1C-ET-EN1-EN2-NNN-NNN-L2-S-NN-FW drive controller. This drive controller is extensively used in food, printing, and packaging machines. The products have been designed for use in the industrial environment and may only be used in the appropriate way. The CDB01.1C-ET-EN1-EN2-NNN-NNN-L2-S-NN-FW version of these control sections has a configurable double axis making it a basic universal feature. The control sections are majorly differentiated on the basis of their longevity, the switching frequencies, and the interfaces available in the model. This model is configurable with 2 slots for implementing safety technology that can be switched into 3 frequencies of 2, 4, and 8 kHz.
It is comprised of 22 digital inputs and 1analog input to handle multiple connections at a time, along with 2 probe type 2 inputs. It also has 4 digital outputs and 2 analog outputs to incorporate different types of signals.
This CDB01.1C-ET-EN1-EN2-NNN-NNN-L2-S-NN-FW drive controller has HSF/RSF encoder along with a standard control panel with. The panel is a single line digital display which can be operated using 4 buttons. The drive address can be set using the standard control panel. Also, the analog output setting, error memory accessing, and establishing the position data reference can be done through this panel. The master communication of the control section has a field bus of PROFINET version. The firmware if required is available separately on order. The type designation is distinguished for each drive component along with an attached type plate on all the devices. The type plates on the drive controller are the power section type plate, control section type plate, and firmware type plate. It is advised to use a protective diode to protect the module from polarity reversal or incorrect correction. This product is available from Wake Industrial with a one-year warranty period.
