The CDB01.1C-ENS-ENS-NNN-MA1-NN-S-NN-FW is a highly functional control unit designed by the company. It can be used for standard as well as high-end applications. The control unit provides multiple interfacing options, various technology functions, certified safety features, and integrated motion logic capabilities. The control unit’s firmware offers various functionalities. Because of a multi Ethernet interface, the device can be integrated EtherCAT, Powerlink, Sercos, PROFINET IO, and EtherNet/IP interfaces. The device has a configurable double axis and two configuration slots are provided for safety technology. A serial RS232 interface has also been provided with the device. The control unit is compatible with multiple encoder options. Hiperface, 1 Vpp, TLL, and Indradyn encoders can be used with the system. A standard control panel is also provided with the system.
To facilitate user operation, fiber optic cable connections have been provided with the CDB01.1C-ENS-ENS-NNN-MA1-NN-S-NN-FW. The users can integrate the device with the SERCOS interface through the cable connections. A HAS05.1-007 adapter has also been provided with the system. The HAS05.1-007 is a universal adapter for safety technology. A signal level converter also comes with the control unit. It is used for encoder emulation by adjusting the output voltage level between 5 V to 30 V. An additional signal level converter is provided for converting the serial interface from the RS232 standard to the RS485 standard. The device comes with up to four digital outputs. The control unit can operate at 2 Hz, 4 Hz, and 8 Hz switching frequencies and is highly suitable for velocity, position, and current control because of very short cycle times.
