The BTV30.2SA-64R-33C-D-FW is a machine control terminal produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the BTV30 Machine Control Terminals series. Targeted for SPS automation tasks, it combines industrial PC processing, visualization, and direct machine input in one panel that fits into a cabinet opening. Version 2 electronics on the Series 30 platform keep the cabinet cutout and mounting arrangement consistent across compatible installations. The terminal can supervise sequential operations, exchange data with higher-level controllers, and present status information to the operator.

Human-machine interaction is provided through a 10.4 in. TFT display at 640 × 480 pixels, which gives clear graphics for program states and diagnostic dialogs. Real-time processing is handled by a Pentium 200 MHz slot CPU with an integrated graphics controller, and the operating system files and application code reside in 64 MB of RAM. A panel-mounted 3.5 in., 1.44 MB disk drive provides removable media support for recipe transfer and program loading. The terminal accepts mains power across AC 115–230 V at 50–60 Hz, allowing use on common industrial supply grids without an external transformer.
