The BTV30.2SA-28R-11C-D-FW is a machine control terminal manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the BTV30 Machine Control Terminals series. It serves as the main operator station for SPS-based production lines, allowing commands, process visualization, and direct coordination of motion or I/O tasks at the machine. This layout keeps screen access and data entry close to the equipment instead of relying on a separate workstation. A Pentium 200 MHz slot CPU with integrated graphics executes the control program and local visualization without an external PC. The panel displays information on a 10.4-inch TFT color display that renders 640 × 480-pixel process images, keeping status messages legible at typical mounting distances. Historical and parameter files can be transferred with the built-in 3.5-inch, 1.44 MB disk drive, which supports quick file and recipe movement.
