The BTV30.2PA-64B-33C-D-NW is a machine control terminal from Bosch Rexroth Indramat's BTV30 Machine Control Terminals series. It combines an operator display, keyboard, and embedded PC in one front-panel unit so CNC or PLC programs can be run and monitored directly at the production line. Designed for industrial automation workstations, it serves as the human-machine interface between machine controls, drives, and the operator. This arrangement lets process data, alarms, and operating commands be handled from a single panel without requiring a separate desktop computer.

The front panel carries a 10.4" TFT color display. This active-matrix screen provides clear status graphics, and its 640 × 480 resolution allows full-screen visualization of part programs and diagnostic messages. A Pentium 200 MHz Slot CPU with integrated graphics handles both control logic and visualization without an external PC. System memory is 64 MB, which is sufficient for the real-time kernel, application code, and temporary machining data. The electronics accept AC 115…230 V at 50 or 60 Hz, making the terminal compatible with single-phase mains. For shop-floor use, the aluminum bezel is sealed to IP 65, which helps keep dust and coolant spray away from the electronics and membrane keys.

The front membrane uses the American US keyboard layout, making text entry and program editing familiar on machines that use standard character placement.
